METAL FORMING
We call metal forming to a family inside the general denomination of stamping technology that uses multi-cam and multi-task machinery in order to obtain pieces of complex geometry. These are produced faster and in a more efficient way than the ones produced with conventional press stamping.
Our specialty in this area are the motor housings of different size and functionality, although our machinery is also able to produce more complex pieces.
We mainly use high-speed multi-cam Bihler machines (with more than 100 strokes per minute). We also use robotized cells to produce similar pieces made by press operations.
