Design and manufacturing of stamping dies and tools is the heart and the origin of our company, is its raison d'être.
From the very beginning Azpiaran started as a small tool workshop. Our years of experience working with many different types of tools and dies, have given us the knowledge to master the stamping tool technology in all its varieties, being able to obtain precision, capacity and, at the same time, reasonable cost.
In collaboration with our clients, our engineers design and develop all types of tools, between others:
- Progressive tools up to 2 meters long
- Fine blanking tools
- Transfer tools
- Checking fixtures
We use Cimatron as our 3D tools design software, and we have enough high capacity workstations.
As a part of our technical capacities and experience, we are able to design and set up specific additional operations production cells, in order to offer our clients integrated proposal for their components.
